What is our Men’s Work is about?
1. Men’s work is about emotional healing, about a boy growing up to be a responsible man.
2. Men’s work is about a young man becoming responsible, honest, and delaying gratification.
3. Men’s work is about getting to know your true self, even your dark side.
4. Men’s work is about transformation. Young men are angry because they are in pain. We transform our pain so we don’t transfer it.
5. Men’s work is about identifying addictions, attachments, habits, thinking and behaviors that are obstacles to our spiritual and emotional growth.
6. We are about discussing and sharing those solutions to those obstacles and applying them.
How it Works
1. We work for healing and transformation in a close, safe community, in dialogue.
2. We use elders to share their life experience in that community.
3. We do shadow work. We journey with the group and our mentor/elder in the shadows of the soul to identify and lessen our pain, hurt, character defects and sin.
4. We grieve for what we lost personally and as a country. The government and church has not given us permission to grieve.
5. We support each other by listening and with encouraging words.
6. We are inclusive. Everyone, no matter who they are, are welcome.
7. We facilitate learning through therapeutic art, dialogue, sharing out stories, and exploring topics related to the emotional health of men and the obstacles before us.
8. We learn from each other’s stories, as we share our strength, hope and experiences together.
What we are not, and what we don’t do.
1. We don’t complain and pity ourselves.
2. We don’t preach, lecture, teach or give a lot of advice. We listen and model behavior
3. We are not a bible study though everything we do is based on biblical principle.
4. We are not a traditional church service, although we are more like Jesus’ own expression of church with the 12 Apostles.
5. We do not take information we hear in our group and spread it around outside our group.
6. We do not use men’s group as platform for Evangelism.

4. ក្រុមបុរសល្អពិត គឺជាការផ្លាស់ប្រែ។ យុវជន គឺពោលពេញដោយកំហឹង និងការខឹង ពីព្រោះពួកគេស្ថិតនៅក្នុងការឈឺចាប់។ ពួកយើងប្លែងការឈឺចាប់របស់យើង ដូច្នេះហើយយើងមិនផ្ទេរការឈឺចាប់ទៅកាន់អ្នកដទៃទេ។

តើក្រុមបុរសល្អពិតដំណើរការយ៉ាងដូចម្តេច?
1. យើងធ្វើការដើម្បីការព្យាបាល និង ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ដែលមានសុវត្ថិភាពនិងជិតស្និទ្ធនៅក្នុងការសន្ទនា។
2. យើងប្រើអ្នកចាស់ទុំដើម្បីចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ជីវិតនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍នោះ។
3. យើងចាប់ផ្តើមជាមួយស្រមោលមិនច្បាស់លាស់របស់យើង។ យើងធ្វើដំណើរជាមួយក្រុម និងអ្នកណែនាំ/អ្នកចាស់ទុំរបស់យើងនៅក្នុងស្រមោលភាពមិនច្បាស់លាស់នៃព្រលឹង ដើម្បីកំណត់និងបន្ថយការឈឺចាប់ ចរិកលក្ខណះអាក្រក់និងអំពើបាប។
4. យើងសោកសៅចំពោះអ្វីដែលយើងបានបាត់បង់ដោយផ្ទាល់និងក្នុងនាមជាប្រទេសមួយ។ រដ្ឋាភិបាលនិងព្រះវិហារ មិនបានផ្តល់ការអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យយើងសោកសៅទេ។
5. យើងគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដោយស្តាប់និងដោយពាក្យលើកទឹកចិត្តគ្នា។

1. យើងមិនត្អូញត្អែរនិងអាណិតខ្លួនឯងទេ។
2. យើងមិនផ្សព្វផ្សាយអត្ថាធិបាយ បង្ហាត់បង្រៀន ឬ ផ្តល់យោបល់ច្រើនទេ។ យើងស្តាប់ និងធ្វើជាគំរូ។
3. យើងមិនមែនជាអ្នកសិក្សាព្រះគម្ពីរទេ អ្វីៗដែលយើងធ្វើគឺផ្អែកលើគោលការណ៍ព្រះគម្ពីរ។
4. យើងមិនមែនជាកម្មវិធីថ្វាយបង្គំព្រះតាមបែបប្រពៃណីទេ ទោះបីជាយើងយកគំរូតាមព្រះបន្ទូលផ្ទាល់របស់ព្រះយេស៊ូអំពីព្រះវិហារជាមួយពួកសាវ័ក ១២ នាក់ក៏ដោយ។
5. យើងមិនយកព័ត៌មានដែលយើងបានដឹងនៅក្នុងក្រុមរបស់យើងទៅផ្សព្វផ្សាយវានៅខាងក្រៅក្រុមរបស់យើងទេ។
6. យើងមិនប្រើក្រុមបុរសរបស់យើង ជាវេទិកាសម្រាប់ការផ្សាយដំណឹងល្អនោះទេ។
