IDENTITY

DOVE is a local NGO made up of Jesus followers, both Cambodian and expatriates, who are committed to the transformation of young people.

VISION

The people of Cambodia have emotionally mature and humble leaders that bring healing to the nation.

MISSION

Discipling marginalized neighborhood young people and Jesus-following young adults with a focus on mental and emotional health, through creating safe communities and growth groups.

CORE VALUES

1. Inclusivity – We create a space where every individual is respected and valued, fostering a safe community where people of all backgrounds can participate and thrive. 2. Discipleship – We disciple young leaders to become wounded healers, who are emotionally and spiritually mature. They become the Missional Church, following Jesus’ example and sharing God’s healing love with marginalized communities.

2. Partnership - We prefer to minister in partnership with churches and organizations, both local and from other countries.

3. Compassionate Love – We show God’s love and kindness to our students, offering understanding and emotional support.

4. Creativity & Quality Teamwork – We are pioneers who use creativity in our ministry. Working as a team, we aim for quality. We support the well-being and development of each team member.
