Justin Van Zee has been serving in Phnom Penh since 2014 with a focus on leadership development. During his time in Cambodia, he has worked inside of a local church, at a Bible college, and in partnership with a number of local and international organizations.

     He joined DOVE as a part-time advisor in 2019 to support the Onyx program and to develop Onyx 2. Justin is originally from Iowa in the United States, and he is a staff member of Resonate Global Mission, the mission arm of the Christian Reformed Church and one of DOVE’s partner organizations. Justin notes, “What drew me to DOVE was the Onyx program which is one of the best youth leadership development programs I’ve seen in Cambodia. I love the way that participants are active and engaged in their own learning and growth, and the lessons connect with the real need of young people. It’s a joy for me to partner with DOVE.”
